United Trade respects your privacy. In this privacy policy you can read which data we use and why. Last updated: October 2026. This is a translation of the Dutch version. In case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.

Which data we use and why

Contact with us. If you call or send a message via WhatsApp or email, we use your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us in order to answer your question. We have a legitimate interest in doing so. We do not keep messages longer than necessary to help you.

Purchase and service. If you buy something from us or receive service, we record your name, contact details and details of the vehicle purchased. We do this for the sale, the invoice, the service and the 5-year service warranty. This is necessary for the performance of the agreement. The customer signs the invoice at the time of purchase. We keep invoices and accounts for 7 years because the law requires this. This also applies to the signed invoice. If we ship a part, we use your name and address to have the parcel delivered. We keep data for the service warranty for as long as the warranty runs.

This website. The website has no web shop, no account, no contact form and no newsletter. We use no analytics and no tracking. The company that hosts our website (Hostinger) may temporarily store technical data such as your IP address in server logs. This is necessary to keep the website secure and available.

Cookies and external services

We do not place cookies for tracking or advertising ourselves. We do show content from other parties on the website.

Google Maps. On some pages there is a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and data about your visit and place cookies. The privacy policy of Google applies to this.

YouTube. On some pages there are videos from YouTube (Google). When a video loads or is played, Google may receive your IP address and data about your visit and place cookies. The privacy policy of Google applies to this.

WhatsApp. If you click the WhatsApp button, you leave our website and WhatsApp (by Meta) opens. The privacy policy of WhatsApp applies to your data there.

Sharing data

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties we need to deliver our service (such as our hosting company, our accounting and the carrier that delivers a part) or if the law requires it.

Security

We handle your data with care and take appropriate measures to protect it.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing or to object. You can also ask for your data to be transferred. Send an email to [email protected] for this. We respond within one month. Not satisfied with how we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
